I’ve never had issues maintaining erections or climaxing too early. I’ve been working out and staying healthy in the last year. There are some sleep issues but so much that it’ll be an issue with sex life.
I am usually confident and know how to pleasure a woman. I am just so baffled why I am losing my erection within minutes or like when I change positions.
I am new to Mojo. Please advise how Mojo helped you all? Did anyone else face the same issue how did you resolve it?

There’s lots to learn here.
I’ve learned I have an unhealthy relationship with porn and I’m way too used to my own hand. Also the exercises have helped my pelvic floor muscles. Meditation is also a great way to relax- it’s key!

Thanks man! Feels good to be part of a community. I rarely watch porn. I wouldn’t say I am in my head all the time. But, I have to be honest these days I tell myself don’t lose it don’t lose it.
