Anyone feel overworked?

I have tried multiple programs like Mojo to help strengthen my pelvic floor and help curb my PE…however all of these courses leave me constantly sore. To the point where my pelvic floor muscles will even spasm throughout the day.

The plans I’m given are always kegels every day. Other platforms even have you do three sets of kegel exercises a day…which feels (mentally and physically) like a lot.

Has anyone else experienced this? Are my muscles so weak that I need to tone it back and work them up slowly until I can do them this often? I don’t know if it’s me or the programs I’m doing.

For additional context, I used to masturbate almost daily until about a month or so ago. I’ve read that those who masturbate that often generally have more problems with overly tight pelvic floor muscles than weak ones. Would be nice if Mojo offered actual specialists to talk to

That does seem like a lot, I would personally aim to work them 2-3 times per week. My PE is mental, maybe do some meditation, box breath, or other relaxation or masterbation exercises in between your kegel days. Good luck!

The kegals for PE gave me issues with ED I think it’s meant to be a very light exercise but, as blokes do we push it too hard.

For what it’s worth. I find following up with the reverse keagle after to the effective. I frequently masturbate as well. however have noticed a nice improvement by doing a daily session of one set seated keagle and after one set reverse to relax.
