Can someone explain me in more detail what the reverse kegel is? I find the description Mojo gives me too brief. Am I supposed to use my hands for it? Where do I have to push? Or do I just contract the muscles without using my hands?
Your hand placement is to provide proprioceptive input so that you can activate the right muscle. As a beginner, pushing without having something to push against feels like youβre trying to deficate and can be confusing. So in sum, have something there so that you can feel, and then attempt to the opposite of a kegel (an exaggerated relaxation). It helps to do a kegel into a reverse kegel to learn as a beginner
