One way l get into the reverse kegel is to do a regular kegel gently for a moment just to activate the muscles softly, which I then relax completely and as deeply as possible. Starting with a slight regular kegel helps me “feel” into a reverse kegel, which is just relaxing the muscles that you tighten in a regular kegel.
I just let out a breath and relax my hole like when I’m getting ready to take a big shit.
