Recommendations to Mojo Health/ Fitness

I would like if the Mojo phase included health and fitness recommendations for erectile dysfunction. Like every phase pushed you to get in better cardio vascular shape, naturally raise your testosterone, and slowly led you to choose a diet that increases blood circulation and doesn’t distract you from sex ( Ie no foods that would cause bloating)
Im halfway through step 8 and really enjoyed mojo and it’s helped quite a bit but I had to do my own separate health and fitness research
