How do you know whether premature ejaculation is a matter of penis sensitivity, pelvic floor issues or sex anxiety?? How do you tell the difference?
I think you just need to start practicing and if it doesnβt have a result even after 2-3 months, it cab be sucpicious that itβs not just mental.
I think itβs just experimenting during sex,considering: is it always, is it certain positions, what is going through your head before it happens? For me realizing I was in my head was huge, I would sometimes finish within a minute of entering because I was so anxious about lasting and fight or flight would kick in. The meditations and exercises do help. Good luck!
