More of an app question but looking at the app now I can’t find the list of phases & what we would expect in each phase. Anyone else having this issue? Has sn update removed them?
I also haven’t had to donate meditation since my first session && feel as though at the moment getting same tasks each week.
I understand if this is the process and more will be in the way in the days and weeks as they pass but would be nice to see what phase I’m at and kind of have my hand held through this process, I’d hate it if I have to do the mindful masturbation and meditations by myself through the resources tab.
I haven’t even had to do a directed masturbation course, stress resilience course ever and I’ve done 1 reverse kegel session since the training.
Quite worried mine may be a little bugged? I’m 21 days in if that makes a difference

As I said feels as though doing same courses over and over again at the moment
Not sure about the others like wax and wane and reverse kegel - I get those every phase. However, meditation never appears on mine so I have started going through all of them on my own accord.
I think it has more to do with the questions you answered that they tailor it a bit

Hey there, thanks for posting this question. Yes we are getting rid of phases, and I know for some people it’s a bit of a loss so I wanted to quickly explain why:

Most members reported it was really complicated. The way phases worked is that you needed to complete a precise set of exercises a specific number of times. If people didn’t want to complete an exercise or didn’t do it a specific number of times, it would block their progress and cause all kinds of issues.

Phases forced us to give the same program to everyone, but we’re getting more sophisticated in the activities we offer up to our members and would like to personalize them to members based on your progress.

Everyone has a different timeline for seeing improvements. For some people, they’ve seen improvements within the first week. For others it can take months. Also some people go through all the phases much faster than others. This resulted in a situation where people had completed all the phases and were a bit lost.
That said, I don’t think we’ve gotten it perfect just yet. I’m sharing your feedback with the team and we’ll be brainstorming in the coming days on making the experience even better. Before the update I was on phase 4 and was about to start my mindful masturbations and wax and wane now I just get self critic and pelvic floor exercises everyday when I know part of my problem is that I needed to fix how I was masturbating I wish they can just bring all the phases back in doing the same thing daily I haven’t even completed all the phases
