Peyronie's Disease

Since I got Peyronie’s Disease five years ago (if you don’t know what it is, look it up) my erections have been weaker and my orgasms sometimes are uncomfortable. Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, any insights?

I found out I had it last year, and man, did that almost break me. It’s what led to my bedroom anxiety in the first place. I would get hyper conscious, and ejaculate too quickly. It was really bad and led to severe depression.

I’ve found the kegels, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to be helpful. With them, I’ve been able to take back control. I’m lucky that my condition isn’t terrible; I can still have penetrative sex. But now, my PE is almost gone because of pelvic floor control and breathing to regulate anxiety.

Peyronie’s sucks, and guys don’t talk about it for obvious reasons. But it doesn’t have to be the end of your sex life. Try kegels, breathwork, meditation, and any exercise in which you become aware of your triggers or shrinking your inner critic. It’s rough, but it can help.
