Penis feels sore for a couple of days after kegels. Thinking to stop doing the exercises as the soreness isn’t particularly helpful. Think for me the psychological exercises are more important. Interested to hear if anyone has found similar?

I think the kegels have given me butt pain. Right along my sit bone thigh crevice. It comes and goes like a spasm.
