How do I overcome this & get relief without being caught. They walk in when I’m sheering - even though I’m not a patient - but a resident to be close to my wife

You can’t even lock the bathroom door? Do they just walk in on you while on the toilet?
Have you talked to them about needing privacy in the shower and to stop walking in on you?
Do you have to be there 24/7? Worst case scenario, drive your car somewhere empty & private to jerk it if you have to
