Lack of sensation

This is my biggest issue that I cannot overcome. After an unhealthy few years of my life slowly the sensation in my generals decreases over the time. I t occurred in my early 20s, my confidence was low and I didn’t take care of myself. Now I’m 25, much healthier and better looking, but my problem remains, I have so little sensation in my penis that it becomes hard to be sexually stimulated.

Urologists tried to tell me it’s mental, but if that was the case surely I would have good and bad days? But no, the sensation has been minimal for years, I feel sex drive, but barely any pleasure. When I was young I was a chronic masturbater, going 4 times a day, I enjoyed it too much, I haven’t been able to enjoy anything in that way ever since.

Can anyone else relate? What did you do that helped?

The sensitivity can come back, but it’ll take a little time and avoiding Porn and DGS (death grip syndrome).

Avoiding porn for literally 4-5 months will reword the synapses in your brain to go back to natural pleasure centers, and stopping very tightly squeezed masturbation will allow your body to pay attention to lesser feelings.

Went through some of this myself and am starting to come out the other side.

Do the exercises all the way through, especially sensate. It’ll help you reconnect with your body. Hang in there, you can do this!
