Lack of morning wood

I’ve dealt with ED stuff over the years, mostly with new partners, and was able to get over it after a couple of attempts with them. Been single for 7-8 months now and feels more lifeless than usual down there. No libido, very difficult to get an erection in any circumstance.

It recently dawned on me that I don’t think I’ve had proper morning wood for the past 5-6 years, maybe more. I’m 37. I smoked a ton of weed over the years but not anymore. I had good erections during this time (until recently) but my doctor and urologist seem to think this is cause for concern. Some blockage or something maybe. Obviously they are experts and I’ll get to the bottom of it soon, but I’m just curious - are people on here having regular, or at least occasional morning wood ? Even with severe or minor psychological ED? Honestly I can’t remember the last time I had it. Kind of scary.

I know psychological issues are largely at play for me but now I fear it’s ALSO physical.

Thanks for reading

I have struggled with psychological ED for many years. I am 61 years old and have been married for 38 years. It has been a long time since I had morning wood, but since using Mojo, my morning wood has been returning and it has been great. It has given me more confidence with being with ny wife. This process does work but you need to follow it. Hope there is nothing wrong physically. Good b luck man.

I’ve been deep into most of the content in this app for about a month. Are there any concepts or activities you found particularly useful? Or is it more the holistic use of the app?

I go for periods without having morning wood, and periods where I do have it. I don’t always see a correlation with my ED issues and morning wood. I would say don’t focus on it too much coz it’s just one more way of spectatoring and being in your head.

As for the app - keep with it, a month is a great start. I think it took me a few months to start seeing results. Also sometimes you have one a normal sexual experience and then a setback - don’t let it get you down you gotta keep going

I’m 54 and rarely used to get mornin wood.
I started doing a kegal routine and I end up with 50-60% wood most mornings.

I do 20 Kegals.
20 reverse.
20 diaphragm stretches before I fall asleep. (Exhale fully-clench abs-breathe deep and hold. Stretches diaphragm. ) promotes bloodflow.

I really do them 1-2 nights per week. I SHOULD do them every night and morning!!!
