I feel like I’ve taken a huge step backwards. I’ve always had issues with PE during sex, that’s why I’m on here. that must feel very disconcerting, esp since you took action to deal with your concern. I’ve often found, when I delve into my concern, the matter gets worse before it gets better, bc I’m honing in on the insecurity and it starts to step up its ‘protection’ game. Keep at it, you will break through, acknowledge all your feelings, your answer is within you, whether its Shame around sex itself or whatever it is, follow the feeling back to the source, once there you will be able to see what hurt you and deal with it
