I’ve had ED and for years due to a downward spiral of performance stress and anxiety. Day 3 and I’m having extremely hard erections just by doing the inner critic exercise. I realised I had been fantasizing through a different part of my brain which is more thinking/analytical than feeling. Masturbating in fight/flight mode for a few years and how that made me require high stimulation to feel anything. Catching myself sneakily switching to thinking mode and increasing the time everyday is how it’s going. Imagine struggling to get hard for years and suddenly being able to get firm, lasting erections without even touching your penis - in 3 days.

Well to answer yours and others request for tips - I remember being 13 and fantasizing, my erections were uncontrollable. But those fantasies were, logistically, so dumb. But that’s why they worked. As I grew older, I would try to imagine clandestine experiences, and my brain would try to logically come up with a sequence that was logistically feasible. If it didn’t fit, I would try to perfect that sequence again and again. I realised I’m always trying to get the perfect situation, but it’s all about believing - like a little 13-year old kid - that it’s possible and focusing on the act. Ever seen how dumb the plot is before intercourse in porn? Imagine that same plot playing in your head as a fantasy. And your cognitive brain completely ruining the experience but trying to insert logic into it. Lol
