I want meditation to help get the erections I want at the times I want, I want to get back to a place where I can have a normal sex life
I’ve done a bit of meditation, and I think just allowing myself to tune into feeling and relax, as well be able to get harder quicker now, as I already feel like I can maintain an erection longer than previously.
I hope meditation helps my erection issues.
For meditation to calm my thoughts and ease my brain so I can be I the moment with my partner
For meditation to help center myself and not worry and overthink about every possible scenario especially the negative ones.
To calm the ever constant narrative that’s raging through my thoughts and mind
To stop catastrophising and to calm my mind so that I can have strong erections.
Get a hold of my thoughts, be in the moment and in my body, not in my head.

Calme the inmer critic and maybe control the rate of my arousal level. Could this help withe my PE?

I’m hoping that if there is something subconscious blocking my libido then this will lift it and allow me to feel horny again
