I’m still learning how to do it, but it’s beginning to help me reduce stress and set negative thoughts aside
Hoping to take back control over my stress and emotions
I want to be more in the moment and stop thinking about getting an erection when I’m ablut to have sex
I have tried meditation before. It did help me be more relaxed and a bit less anxious, but by itself, it didn’t help me in the bedroom. Could be that I did not work to quell the inner critic.
I’m totally new to meditation so I suspect it will be awkward at first but I’m open to exploring
Never tried it before, ill give it , at least then ill know if it does help or not.
Slow myself down by meditating
I just want to silence the brainstorm. Negative thoughts, suicidal ideation, catastrophizing, etc
I was hoping for a guided meditation here to finish off the lesson
To give it a go and calm the maelstrom of fears, worries, frustrations and distractions
Slow or stop the race track thoughts. Just be present
Slow down the chaos
It helped me feel more prepared for whatever came next
I’m hoping meditation helps me become the man I know I can be
It’s great, I love getting in the zone and being perfectly calm
