I can’t figure out reverse kegels

I just don’t feel any movement. The closest thing is tightening my abs, which I don’t think is right. Anyone have pointers?

Imagine you are constipated and trying to push your poop out while breathing in.

Then relax while breathing out.

Repeat.

Also really struggle with these. Feels like the pushing out movement only works if I breathe out. If I’m breathing in it’s very hard and unnatural to push out at the same time
