Definitely the pushing pee out quicker helped. Difficult to focus on that area. Maybe just need a little more practice.
Anal
Think I got it, but definitely one to continue working on. Can’t expect to master it after 1 read through.
It’s interesting to feel that there’s a moving muscle down there and that it even gets tired by the third series of repetitions
I feel like this exercise would help if I was holding stress down there and I could unclench it, but I find that I have to clench at the end of the 5 seconds otherwise I don’t have anything to return to. It works better if I’m hard and I do the reverse kegals to relax my p muscle, in that situation I feel like there is something to relax.
Not sure if I was doing it right, but started getting a semi not long into it
Not sure I was doing it right, struggled immensely to keep breathing normally and nearly passed out lol
Hard to tell if doing right based on the text description alone
I didn’t feel much. It was tricky to breath while doing them
I think it’s almost like you’re pushing out a shit. Can’t think how else to word that lol
Will need to keep working on it. Was very hard to breathe normally!
Just felt a slight expansion. No pleasure or anything yet. Hard to keep breathing at the same time
Forced, until the very end
Not exactly. Definitely an interesting one.
Wondering if we need to contract before relaxing …
I have been doing Kagels now and again for years but found the reverse Kagel very different and quite difficult, more practice needed
Difficult to breath while doing them but felt a reduction in my stress levels
Felt a slight movement in the muscle but couldn’t hold it for the full 5 seconds
If you imagine you are peeing at a urinal. You’ve come to the last drop of pee, you normally push hard to get as much pee out… and then immediately after you are “push the pee out fast”. This is what you want to do. This last bit (I think, someone can correct me).
You will notice the downward pressure. I found it easier to pretend I was peeing (or actually pee to see what you are doing at the different stages)
I couldn’t understand what to do
