I started exercising on pelvic floor and it immediately showed results. This reverse kegel was not in the list so happy to try a new one, gave good feeling. Let’s see how it goes ![]()
It felt like my butt opened up, when breathing in
Pushing out a fart or breathing deep into my stomach and pushing downwards helps

Focus on the gooch, as you inhale deeply imaging you are pushing out a fart. Hold for 3 sexonds and release

You can actually feel this if you put your fingers on your taint and push while inhaling, so you know if you’re doing it right.
Not too much, I didn’t really feel anything
Relax and imagine your inhaling the breath through your taint and it is filling your lower belly like a Ballon. The Ballon should expand forwards, backwards, to both sides, and up and down. Then relax and exhale back out the taint.
On the inhale, imagine pushing that pressure down from your stomach to your pelvic floor. Touch your fingers to your taint to feel the movement too
The act of “pushing out a fart” really helped.

Trying to fart was a good explanation, also seeing the visual of how the pelvic floor raises while you exhale.
