So relaxing, I didn’t feel it until the exercise finished, then when I opened my eyes I noticed how calm I felt.

Yeh almost sleepy, time seems to go fast while doing exercise

I definitely feel an ease of tension going through my body, it’s very different experience I think I like it

Have a new level of calm since doing these misc breathing exercises.

Just have to put them to the test while having sex.
