How to stay present

Lately I’ve been getting stressed before me and my partner have sex, which means I get in my head and then worry that I’m losing my sex drive. I’m usually able to stay erect when we do, but a lot of the time I feel like I’m not in the mood for sex

It’s tough, I’m struggling with this too. I feel like the meditations help to do them daily

Same thing. I opened up about that to my partner. Now she expects that right before penetration I have to take some time off to relax and start paying attention to my body again.
I think, that the best thing you can do is to be completely vulnerable about this and also to practice paying attention to pleasure during intercourse

I was :100: up front with gf. I’m just out of a 23 yr marriage to frosty the snow wife.
I try to always remember to rely on my strengths- I know I’m good at teasing her body and creating want- I’m also pretty good at oral, so I know she’s going to fall asleep in my arms a sweaty mess. Weather I have a good hardon or not!

Meditation has been super helpful for me with exactly this problem, particularly improving awareness of touch and sensations. I find that being able to focus on that makes it easier to relax into sex.
