Works like a charm
Once you find the muscles and learn tightening and squeezing it (stopping urine flow as you pee is the best way to locate it), after itβs all downhill and easier to exercise it. Hardest part is when you have to keep it squeezed tight for a lot of second, but like for every muscles, itβs all just about training.
