Focussing on breathing is a good idea.
I teamed this up with box breathing and the two really worked together.

A little better than last session had to move thumbs up to the tip every now and then to stay hard.
I’m still struggling to even get it up to feel the full effect. I had a semi hard one and felt some pleasurable pressure rubbing my thumb up my penis. I find my entire core gets tense and I can’t relax enough to let my penis just get hard. I’m trying to appreciate it’s a process but it’s disheartening. I’m going to keep trying though.
