Without any stimulus it was easy

I definitely feel it’s easier without porn stimulus. I used box breath and stopped for a few seconds twice then I seemed good to go after that

Repeated here and now in my head. I did not need to stop this session, unlike the other times but I did have other things going through my head that I needed to train my brain to be present minded.

I switch back to penis root every time arousal got too high. I feel like I could make this last as long as I needed to. The real challenge is during physical sex. I’ve always been able to scale my arousal while masterbating .

Did some root masturbation and breathed a bit, but was pretty easy without my partner.

Concentrating on the root of the penis

Slowing down and doing the heart to penis breathing technique, felt relaxing and got me in a cadence.

Slowing down and just keep touching it to keep it hard. Pressing on the base of the penis helps to make it even harder. I went up and down twice in the 10 minutes

I get so close very quickly . Even with the root.masturbation

Worked well for 10 mins … give up and down till eventually giving in. Still a good exercise and can this will work well in the long run

Basically edging. Able to pull back early from full arousal in masturbation.

Took me 10 mins to reach the point of no return. I was able to pay closer attention to the sensation and my state of arousal. I was also more present, but need more practise
