Decided to listen to one of the apps sexy stories while I practiced, wasn’t sure where that fit in the “no porn” suggestion. Certainly may have added to more stops than starts in the last 4 mins but I got there in the end. Lube helped.
Moved very slow, never had to stop
I felt the sense of the clock and did not reach near-climax until after the 10 minutes were up. From there I felt freer and used the time after to pause and focus on breath until ai felt I could start again.
Big difference from the first time, I implemented some of the other techniques and lasted longer before i had to stop, and there were fast less stops than the first time
Tough to maintain an erection from imagination alone, but eventually got there. Issue for me was maintaining during breaks - I went soft every time I let myself come down from high arousal to somewhere near the top of moderate arousal. Then I have to start from flaccid again, which can be frustrating.
First round I came very close and a drop came out, managed to stop. Second round also came close and stopped, then I didn’t hold it longer
Well, I used lube and tried different positions as I did it to simulate sex. Gotta say it was great fun. Powered up my imagination and got close a few times. I lost some of my erection as I could down but used my kegal exercise to keep it up. I had a lot of fun with this, seen the power of my imagination and feel confident.
Almost lost it.
Felt great. I kept a very strong erection throughout the all session. Stopped couple of time for a few seconds to reduce the arousal but I always kept it around 6-7, so the dick was very hard but needed to go slow and when starting to feel less focused back on the sensation, it was great. I applied a few techniques which are all helpful

Stopping a breathing deeply when getting close helped come back from the edge before starting again
Slow it took me some time to get hard
It took awhile to move up the arousal scale. I had decent control over my erection it’s just hard to stop without going fully flaccid.
Couldn’t get hard in the time allotted unfortunately.
