Has anyone seen any progress in sensitivity from the penis root massage? My tip and first half of my penis are extremely sensitive and I wanted to here about others progress
First time I did it, I just thought this is pointless, I’m not feeling anything at all. Just finished a session now and I did start to notice more feeling at the base, and it felt quite good. I’ll definitely stick with it and see how it goes.
What is the root massage?
I’ve done it a few times now and finding the sessions really enjoyable. The build up in arousal is really slow and gradual, which is great as for me with stimulation to my glans the build up is rapid. Once I get to the point where I feel like I’m going to cum soon I’m far more able to notice and then pull back to delay ejaculation. Then, when I finally cum the orgasm is so much more intense than usual. I actually enjoy penis root masturbation more than my usual masturbation now.
It does take me a while to get going though, especially if I’m starting with a soft penis. But, that has forced me to be in the moment, focus on all sensations in my body, and use fantasy instead of porn to get aroused.

Hi, saw your comment and was intrigued. I did my first PRM session today and was more or less disappointed, I didn’t get hard at ALL during the 10 minutes, did you have a similar experience? Does PRM still work if it’s soft the whole time?
