I cant explain but also not ignore this. Im a M 39 , and the last few years been bad with very low sexual desire. I recently tested my testosterone levels and they were decent but can’t explain the low sexual desire.
There are days when my wife asks for sex I had to ignore or give a lame reason to avoid embarrassment, But there are also days when Im fully hard and have great sex with my wife maybe once a month. But that doesn’t help either when we are trying for a baby. Im
Eating healthy and physically active and I have no clue.
But when we have massive arguments I have a great sex drive after we make up and talk through it which I dont understand?
Anyone with similar experience?

I feel ya on that. It could be anxiety. I have sex with my wife a few times a month and really enjoy it, but sometimes I don’t have the desire like she does. Because we’ve had issues
In the past, I get anxious that if we don’t get busy, more problems will arise. You probably feel better after a fight cause you were able to vent and clear any guilt you may have

Just a quick thought and don’t know if it work or your wife would be up for it. But since your trying to have a baby and probably need to up frequency of sex could you try roleplaying fights? Just a thought. Might not work if your not feeling all the needed emotions of being post pissed off. Good luck man

Honestly, this used to happen with my ex-girlfriend, where we would have a fight or mishap and after we made up, the tension built and we had some fun intimate moments. I think though it was reslly because we were both emotionally vulnerable and then supportive of each other so at least for me I felt like my guard was down and I was super relaxed and felt safe which in turn helped me feel really aroused. Almost like an emotional arousal first and then physical arousal after
