I’ve had an issue with receiving blowjobs. Every time my partner( now ex) went to give me a blowjob I would start getting really anxious and go soft. During sex it was okay I would still get occasionally anxious but I’d focus on the intercourse and I’d be fine. Only with blowjobs. It happened a couple times and then the anxiety started. I’m trying my best but I’m worried when it comes to my next sexual encounter I’ll freak out again when getting a blowjob. Even hours before possibly getting down to business I’d get anxious. Is there anything I can do to stop those anxious thoughts?
