I seem to have an issue with getting myself physically turned on, and I have the same issue when my partner wants to have sex. The consequence of me trying to have sex or masturbate if I’m not turned on is that I cum either before or as soon as I’m hard.
I do still get spontaneously horny and hard without much stimulation, and in those situations everything goes great. I only have issues when I try without already being hard (by myself or with my partner).
I used to watch a lot of porn but haven’t watched much in the last 3 years since being with my girlfriend. I’m not sure if that’s relevant though.
