Sometimes I can get hard but can’t ever climax. Any tips?

I have had this same dilemma for years. I had a date last night and found myself wandering mentally a little bit. I pulled out and took a quick moment for some box breathes then plunged back in. That moment was what I needed and was able to finish for the first time in a really long time. I’m surprised how effective it was

I second that. I’m in a long term relationship but when I feel myself losing my presence in sex because I’m worried I won’t finish, I let my partner know and we stop for a minute or two and just cuddle. Knowing then that everything is okay and there’s no expectation to continue or for me to finish almost immediately allows me to be aroused again and in my experience I will finish far quicker than I thought possible! I also feel much closer to my partner after sex when we practice this.
