So I have ED issues from time to time, but there are times I am able to get hard enough to penetrate. At that time, I have 2 options that both suck. One is to penetrate, enjoy for a while, and then when it gets exciting I pull out and get a condom, but by the time I wear it the excitement is gone. The other way is when I’m hard to put the condom which again makes me to soft.
To be hard and penetrate, I really need to be in flow state and not thinking but the condom kills the for for me. Curious to hear thoughts

Dude I’m the exact same, I can be really excited but the mental of putting a condom on and shit really makes me bug out and I get soft… I have struggled with anxiety my whole life and I have had some pretty traumatising sexual experiences. Putting a condom on is a skill itself. Opening the wrapper, figuring out if its right side up or upside down as you try to slide it on while its slippery and can fall out of your fingers, all this usually in the dark or dim lighting with a naked woman next to you awkardly waiting for you to wrap it up so you can slide it in.
Practice while youre alone. You dont have to jerk off if you if want to. Getting good at putting them on so you dont feel anxious when youre with a woman can help.
The thing that helps me most with condoms is framing it as, with this on I get to cum while I’m inside her without any worries.
