First Sensate Focus session

I don’t know why but I was afraid of sensate focus, but I did my first session today and I’m really glad I did. I can totally see how it works to separate the feelings of physical sensations from instant arousal. I had some moments where I really enjoyed my own touch and I was able to use box breath to calm down. I feel like I’m starting to see results and that makes me excited to keep going!
