When I first started, I was feeling good with everything I was doing. Learning more about the issue and learning new techniques to help improve things. Lately I feel like it’s all the same and I feel like the exercises are not helpful anymore. It’s difficult to perform sensate focus or stop start activities all the time. I went through all the meditations several times. I don’t know what to do, is this even going to work? I have not had an opportunity with a partner since my negative experience when I first began the app so this makes it harder to truly know if it is helping. Feeling down cuz of it

Clearly you’re not alone. I take comfort in that. There is nothing unique or rare about these struggles so know there is nothing “wrong” with you, brother.

I’m really on the same page. I had a negative experience last night.
A lot of this seems to be about exploration and working on yourself. Maybe try to focus on the work and experience instead of results as a snapshot in a moment of time. It’s frustrating for sure, but stay in there.
