Exercises for pelvic floor

What are some workouts that help exponentially make the pelvic floor stronger?


Bridge work out work amazing, look them up you can hold the position or add a little air hump which I do to really get the muscle working

Plank is a good one too. Transverse abdominus is linked to the pelvic floor muscles. Been trying it for a while and with the pelvic exercises on here I can now feel it tensing around either side of my junk like it used too.
