Variety in pelvic floor exercises

I don’t know if this is helpful or not, but I try to do my pelvic floor exercises in different positions, like right after child pose, or sitting, standing, laying down, etc. While they don’t talk about that in any of the videos or instructions, I feel that it’s important that the brain learns how to control those muscles in different situations. Am I the only one doing this? Do you think this is useful or not?

I’ve tried different positions too. It seems much more effective.

It makes sense, especially since sex usually involves other positions than just sitting up straight.

That’s great advice. For some reason the pelvic floor workout on this app has changed from several stretches and kegels to one stretch and one kegel. Anyone else experiencing this?

I am finding it very beneficial to do in different positions.
