Reverse kegel vs pelvic floor exercises…

I’ve been on here for weeks and not sure I’m doing this right. I don’t think the app does a great job of explaining it. Anyone have some guidance for me? Should I be staying in child’s pose? How do I differentiate the two? So confused

You shouldn’t stay in the childs pose when doing these exercises. That’s just at the start to stretch your pelvic floor.

In terms of differentiating the two, Pelvic Floor is about tightening and contracting muscles – so pretend you’re stopping the flow of urine. Reverse kegels is all about relaxation and lengthening the pelvic floor – so pretend like you’re trying to release urine.
