Pelvic floor v reverse kegel

I don’t feel a difference between pelvic floor exercises and the reverse kegel exercises. What should I be feeling differently between the two?

They should feel a bit different, one is contracting (tensing) the muscles and one is actively relaxing the muscles.

For normal Kegals, contract the muscles like you’re stopping urinating mid-stream. For reverse Kegals, gently push the muscles like you’re pushing urine out.
