Ereftion issue still

So I started using mojo few months ago practiced for two months and after that due to some reasons I was unable to continue and it’s like the has been a gap of almost a month I am back now and I can feel that I was improving while using the app and now it’s feels like I have to start from zero what do u guys think what to do

Go to your nearest gas station and buy a honey pack , best way for blood to flow and keep your head out the clouds

Start from zero if that’s ehat you need to do. Just stick with it. It’s important and you’ll thank yourself for it

I disagree with this guy’s recommendation. Going for pills because you’re trying to jump start your body is kind of not the point of this program. Just go back to doing the exercises and you’ll be fine in a week. You’re just out of the routine. The idea is that these exercises are supposed to turn into long term daily habits anyway.
