Ive been married for 15 years amd had amazing sex life with zero issues until we hit a rough patch. During that time I had prostatitus which inhibited my erections. The physical issue has passed but i now suffer from performance anxiety from failing so many times during the prostitus. Same thing happened to me after rough patch and confessing to my wife that I made out with her best friend 10 years ago . After two months we finally making Hideaway! We have had sex three times with no issue ! Do the breathing exercises and have open communication with your wife . Also prayer help me a lot . It may seem crazy but God created us created woman for man ! As It is not good for man to be alone.
