I’m training for an Ultramarathon and I’ve noticed my Libido and sexual performance is even worse! Anyone got any advice or experience?
Have you dropped a lot of weight? I’ve noticed it happens to me when I’m expending way more energy than I’m consuming in my case my body fat was just way too low and it put everything out of wack.

Not a lot mate, I’m increasing my food each week to keep up with the mileage. I think it’s normal to have a lack of libido whilst heavily fatigued.
My sex drive is always better when focusing more on strength training too again which I understand.
Just wonder if there’s a way around it as my libido is shit at the best of times lol
It’s a well known thing that when training for ultra events, Ironmans, etc. That testosterone can drop drastically due to overtraining/fatigue and this leads to low libido
