That happens sometimes to me too, but if I am really turned on, I can just slow down or pause and relax in my body and then slowly start again when I feel I am able to without coming. However, sometimes this will make my penis more soft and my girlfriend loves it when I just cum.

Haha, that is a good question. I can feel it well before I cum, so I just slow down in good time. Try to relax my legs. Obviously I can also get so close that I become helpless and have to let it go. But with practice I have learned to feel it early enough that I can stop.
However, the bottom line is that you make her enjoy it equally. Then it is okay you cum early. It is a balance. But at least you can get it up reliably it sounds like

Happens to me also, but only if more day without nut, if i have fun every 2 day i can last 10 min+ without problem(now when no ED). So i think it is normal, you can eaven joke and say - look how sexy you are i did finish in sec. But if it is happening all the time then - not normal

Not sure if I read your post clearly but said you got her to climax first before you inserted. If that’s correct then might just be getting too aroused during the foreplay and if your giving her oral. Might just try not doing that the first round and saving your go to for the next rounds since the first round is out. My wife is only good for one climax in an hour or so. So if she is really horny I’ll ask her if I can go fast and then go again 15 mins later . Works for me to get 2 rounds in pretty quickly and the second one lasting a lot longer and if she is in the right mood she really enjoys it.
