Does your mind feel different after a meditation for positivity?

More neutral than anything. Might have to try for longer.

The busy mind I had became a little less cluttered. Then my thoughts drifted to my partner and I tried to think peaceful joyful thoughts.

I definitely was having a hard time focusing on the positive. There were a few moments that shined through and it think that is the point so I’m happy to have made at least some progress.

I made an effort on the weekend to shift my mindset, to some small success. I was more open and friendly with strangers at the local art festival. I try to remind myself of that, because it demonstrates that it is possible to change your thinking, however momentary
