I’m 22. Always struggled with getting it up with previous partners but I always put it down to being drunk as that was the only times I ever had sex.

First of remember, you aren’t alone in this. There’s large amount of men all over that are in exactly the same boat!
Secondly, if this girl has stuck around for three months then it seems likely she means what she says and that you are worth sticking around for. Also you don’t know she won’t want to try again, but you might want to talk to her and explain how you are feeling.
The feeling of loss is soul crushing, most of us get it in one way shape or form! But it does get better, stick with the app, do the exercises and if you can try to cut yourself some slack. There’s obviously something she likes about you!
