This may be the type of death grip. Like when you actually have sex your penis isnt stimulated in the way you usually do while masturbating. You can always just put it out and use your hand for a bit to keep it hard, or honestly just do other stuff like kissing and stimulating your partner with your hands/mouth for those 5 min of down time, its not thta long to break the whole mood
