Hello community, I had an idea that we could all share what’s worked best for us so far below and what we are maybe struggling to see results in. This can give maybe a rough idea of what may help those of us who feel lost:
Success/going well:
- directed masturbation
- sensate focus
- pelvic exercises (although I sometimes struggle)
Struggles/not quite working yet:
What I’d like further help with:
- arousal and boosting libido
- more exercises to help against PE

I can’t figure out how to send the link but that’s the name of the YouTube video. It’s pelvic floor excersises without kegels. I’ve seen massive improvements. But for me and the mental aspects with mojo daily meditations followed by hourly box breathing

- break through the bias
- meditation
Suffering:
- sensation focus
- directed masturbation
- wax and wayne
So it’s clear that i need to focus on what i’m struggling with because that will solve my problem.
