Cant maintain erection making me feel depressed

I’m 21 and go to the gym 6 days a week and in good shape,I’ve been struggling with pe for a year and a half now.after my 5 year break up I just feel worst,in my last relationship ,sex was good in the beginning of it and it decreased when she got on birth control which made her libido low and we started to have sex less, this was when my issue kinda got worst . Sometimes when we had sex,I would go soft during the penetration and it just made me very embarrassed so I would avoid sex. Now a few months after the breakup ,I still have this issue and would overthink that it will happen again. I’ve taken supplements and do cardio but it hasn’t help . Any suggestions?

I am in my 40s and have dealt with this issue since my 20s.
What I found works for me is two focuses, to stop spectatoring by focusing on her body. The second and biggest one was dealing with my inner critic. I try to focus on my inner coach that gives the positive feedback. When I can do this, it works and I perform.

I try to focus on my own sensations and trying to get myself aroused so that my erection lasts longer, but do you suggest to focus on pleasuring her, no matter what, the erection comes and then fades in seconds
