The most draining thing that has been happening is Iām unsure of my ability to get hard, and have started naturally avoiding sexual situations which is super degrading, really hoping MOJO can help me overcome this as I am missing out on fun and connection because of it. Going to try commit to more situations and even if I donāt get hard, have a good time and make the most of it to build confidence and beat the flight part of fight or flight
Iām with you on this. I was reluctant to initiate sex with my partner for fear of failure. So then they initiated itā¦ I felts out of controlā¦ and bang. Fight or flight. BUTā¦ā¦ Iām having real success with mojo.

Avoiding situations is really common when you are not feeling confident. Thatās when the inner critic can get pretty loud. Great you have found Mojo, it will help you get your confidence back. It is helpful to set aside a few weeks to work on things by yourself if you can. Then when you are feeling more confident and have learnt a lot from the content - you can choose when and how you want your next experience. Good luck! : )
How long untill you started to see these results?
There isnāt a straightforward answer hereā¦ā¦. I saw an improvement immediately once I understood it was āall in my headā.
Then I slipped back a bit and my confidence droppedā¦. And I relooked at the exercises, especially box breathing, and meditationā¦ and gradually built my confidence back upā¦ā¦
sometimes something will put me offā¦ like wrestling with a bloody condom wrapper, or music stopping me from relaxingā¦ but Iām doing well and the more I relax and enjoy the momentā¦ the better it gets.
