My performance anxiety is at its peak. I used to be able to get erections that were enough for sex. Now as soon as the foreplay starts, my erection goes away. I canโt even get close to actual sex anymore. Is this an issue for anyone else?
Sometimes when we start to think about and notice our anxiety it can feel worse. But this noticing is an important part of over coming it. If you follow the Mojo exercises, understand what is going on in your head and body and practice relaxation and breath work - you will get your anxiety under control. : )
