Am I doing kegels right?

I can’t squeeze what I think is my pelvic floor without also clenching my ass and while I feel all the correct things (pulsing, movement under my balls) I’m not sure I’m doing it correctly

Have you tried the pee and stop method of finding your kegels? I wasn’t sure either, but I flexed them and stopped my pee mid-stream. Found out I was doing the exercise correctly. Just don’t keep stopping your pee or you could end up with a problem. Also, I’m pretty sure you will feel your butt muscles clenching at the same time.

This is ok when you start off. With practice you’ll find the pee stopper muscles as well.

Hi try to do the times you’re peeing hold and let it go - do just couple of time in toilet ! Lol ! Try to remember that feeling !
After try to with out peeing !
Lay down put you’re fingers between your scrotum, deep breath and squeeze like you’re stopping your pee !Tips a little tap on it on you’re scrotum to feel the movement that your doing right !
