I’m thinking about trying a penis pump .I’m not sure if they are any good or even if they work well.? Looking for advice on how to use them and was the result any good to have an erection to have sex .
I purchased a pos-t-vac through my doctor. It was not cheap. I want to say $299. You will get an erection. Your penis does not get a say in the matter. It was a bit odd for me. I would get girth more than length. Also I never tried to use the tension ring once I had an erection with it to try intercourse. I would expect it would have worked fine. I used the pump more as an exercise tool. My experience was meh.
I would be interested to hear if someone had better experience than I did and find out how they used it. I also spent $70 on a sex toy that was supposed to emulate a sucking sensation. The suction on it was near nothing.

Do pumps work? Short answer is yes. You need to use it properly though.
Different approaches to using the pump:
- To improve blood flow (lower vacuum pressure used for these workouts) - you can see some results relatively quickly.
- To increase size (higher pressures used for these workouts) this takes many months, even years to see permanent results.
In both cases, you need to work yourself up slowly, this is not something that you rush into. You need to get the tissues of the penis used to vacuum pressure. Plenty of information on r/gettingbigger, I won’t go into more detail than you can find over there.
